Etosha Boots is a handmade-to-order company. Every pair is built individually once your order is placed, which means the boots on your feet were built for your feet, not pulled off a shelf. That craftsmanship takes time, and we'd rather tell you exactly how much than promise something we can't hold to.
Made-to-Order Timeline
Once your order is placed, here's what happens:

Ready-to-Ship Section:
Our "ready-to-ship" section contains a list of handmade logging boots that will still be individually made for you, but have less of a lead time. If purchasing from this section, you can expect your handmade boots to be delivered to you within 5-7 business days for Canada and USA orders.
Shipping Within Canada
Once your boots arrive at our Canadian facility, domestic orders typically reach customers within 5-7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships from our facility.
Shipping to the United States
U.S. orders follow the same production timeline, with delivery added on after boots clear customs. Please allow the same 5-7 business day window following arrival at our Canadian facility, though customs processing can occasionally add additional time outside our control.
Order Tracking & Updates
You'll receive confirmation and an estimated timeline when your order is placed, along with a tracking number the moment your handmade boots ship. If you need a status update before then, our team can tell you where your pair sits in the build queue.
A Note on Timing
Because every pair is handmade to order, exact ship dates can shift slightly depending on order volume, especially during peak season. We'd rather give you an honest window than a date we might miss: 6-8 weeks reflects the real process, not a marketing number.
