Eligibility Window: Eligible boots may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the day the order is marked as shipped.
Required Condition: Returned or exchanged boots must be delivered back to us in new, unworn condition, not having been worn outside. They must include original packaging and the RMA number which should be procured before shipping the boots back to us. To get a RMA number please send an email to service@etoshaboots.com
The condition of the boots will be assessed upon inspection and determined at the company's sole discretion.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Etosha Boots.
